How does the rental process work?

On delivery day, we drop the totes at your door — clean, stacked, and ready to pack. When your rental period ends, we come pick them up from your new place.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum rental is 5 totes. This keeps delivery efficient and ensures you have enough totes to make a real dent in your packing. Most moves use 15–40 totes depending on home size.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days before your move date, especially for weekend moves which fill up fast. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — just reach out and we'll see what we can do.

Can I extend my rental if I need more time?

Absolutely. Just let us know before your rental period ends and we'll extend it at the same daily rate. We're flexible — life happens, and moves sometimes take longer than expected.

What if I need more totes than I originally ordered?

Contact us as soon as you realize you need more. If we have inventory available, we can arrange a second delivery. We'll do our best to get them to you quickly.

How does delivery work?

We deliver your totes stacked and ready to go, right to your door (or lobby, if you're in an apartment). We'll confirm a delivery window with you in advance. Delivery and pickup are included in your rental price — no hidden fees.

What if I'm not home for delivery or pickup?

No problem — just let us know a safe spot to leave the totes (e.g., front porch, building lobby). For pickup, leave the totes stacked in the agreed location and we'll grab them. We'll always confirm the plan with you beforehand.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes! We deliver and pick up 7 days a week, including weekends. Most moves happen on weekends, so we're fully available. Weekend slots do book up faster, so we recommend reserving early.

Are the totes clean?

Yes — every tote is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We inspect each one for damage and cleanliness before it goes out. You'll receive totes that are ready to pack immediately.

What sizes are available?

We offer three sizes: Small (19"×12.6"×9.8", up to 40 lbs) — great for books, kitchen items, and fragile goods. Medium (27"×12.5"×18", up to 75 lbs) — our most popular size for clothing, linens, and everyday items. Large (29"×15"×20", up to 100 lbs) — ideal for pillows, bulky items, and large décor.

Do the totes have lids?

Yes, all totes come with secure snap-on lids. This keeps your belongings protected from dust and moisture, and makes stacking much easier and safer in the moving truck.

What if a tote gets damaged during my move?

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. If a tote is significantly damaged (cracked, broken lid, etc.) due to misuse, there's a $5 replacement fee. We're reasonable — just let us know if something happens.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is per tote, per day. Small totes are $0.75/day, Medium are $1.25/day, and Large are $1.50/day. Delivery and pickup are always included. Use our quote estimator to build your exact mix and see the total before you commit.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The price you see in your quote is what you pay — delivery, pickup, and cleaning are all included. The only extra charge would be for significantly damaged totes, which is rare.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a small fee. We're understanding about genuine emergencies — just reach out and we'll work something out.
