Your rental period starts the day we deliver your totes and ends the day we pick them up. We offer flexible periods from 2 days to 4 weeks — just let us know what you need when you book.
No problem. Just give us a call or send a message before your rental period ends and we'll extend it at the same daily rate. We're flexible — moves don't always go to plan.
Absolutely. Every tote is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rentals. We take hygiene seriously — you'll receive fresh, clean totes every time.
We come to you. We deliver to your current address before your move and pick up from your new address once you're done. No trips required on your end.

Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. If a tote is significantly damaged or lost, we charge a $5 replacement fee. We keep it fair and reasonable.
